Not good temp range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is just OK. I have a very accurate temperature sensor in the fridge. I’ve had it for about one month and I have the setting on the mid level, which is the recommended setting. The fridge maintains a temp range of 39-41 degrees F. The vents are not blocked and the fridge is not overloaded. The ideal temp range would be about 35-38 degrees F. Very disappointing to say the least. Especially since the first 2 weeks it did maintain that ideal temp range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please ensure the fresh food section is not underloaded, as that can result in the unit working harder to maintain the set temperature. You do have the option to lower the set temperature, but if you feel as though you're not experiencing normal operation, please reach out to our Bodewell service team to replace the lights. GE Refrigerator freezer
