perfect for our smaller kitchen, energy smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a double door fridge that had more bells and whistles and was about 10 years old, huge, and hard for my wife to move to clean under and behind. We only gave up about a cubic foot of fridge space, too. Also we didn't need so much freezer space in kitchen since we have a new freezer in the cellar. Our energy usage dropped as much as if we'd taken an AC window unit out of use, just from changing to this nice compact unit that suits our kitchen better. We love it.

Good GE Refrigerator, Simple & Does the Job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new refrigerator. I did a little shopping around and came across this fridge on-line. I wanted to get a GE unit as all my other kitchen appliances are GE. Due to the dimensions of the pocket in the kitchen cabinetry where the fridge would be placed, really could not purchase the biggest of the GE models out there. Additionally, really did not need an oversized fridge. This unit was appropriately sized and the customer reviews were good. The price was right also, even after purchasing the compatible ice maker. After delivery and installation, the unit cooled down as expected. I have been moving the shelves around a bit and they are east to re-position. Good buy!

We are pleased with our new GE refrigerator. It is spacious and easy to see what is in there. It runs a little loud, but not loud enough to be annoying.
