We just received our new GE refrigerator it looks great, waiting for it to cool enough to unload our other smaller refrigerators

Well it’s awfully loud. And we did not receive the bottom shelf that fits inside the door.
What a fiasco customer service is. Useless.

Got this fridge yesterday, bouth online, dent in door, delivered without bottom shelf that fits into the door, really makes a lot of noise, not happy.
Called customer service Number i received from the company i purchased this from, a total joke. Tried the actual store they started to help but no word back yet. not happy

This 17.5 cu ft fridge replaces a 20 cu ft from Frigidaire and I have to say I like this one ever so much better. The layout makes more sense. The side doors are wide enough for storage. The temperature setting feature isn't so large as to preclude using the shelf, the same goes for the cheese keeper draw; the freezer has a glass shelf rather than a wire one which makes stacking so much easier AND it fits in the space not dominating the room it's in.
I can't speak to its durability (please, please last 10 years) as, you know, made in China and all that guff it's just a big crap shoot, an expensive crap shoot but there you go. Anyway it looks very nice as well. I like it.
