Problem to resolve -- not sure how I like it yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge was installed today but it hasn't cycled off for 5 hours. Is something wrong? Also, it's much noisier than it was in the store!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good space and distribution but too noisy

The product is too noisy and works for very long periods of time. It runs even when we do not open it for hours. Product aesthetics is good and interior space too.

We'd like to share some information about the sounds and frequency in which your refrigerator is running. In order for our refrigerators and freezers to maintain the proper temperature, the compressor will run most of the time, they are designed to run 80% to 90% of the time. This makes them more energy efficient because the greatest amount of energy is used when the compressor cycles on as opposed to when the compressor is actually running.

I wish I would have gotten a bigger refrigerator, but it fits in my kitchen and looks nice. So far, it works well and is super quiet.

I'm disappointed with the refrigerator that is so inferior to the similar model I purchased about 12 years ago. This appliance is made of thin, light material that does not insulate well. Hydrators are flimsy and storage space poorly organized. The overall cooling is inconsistent.

I bought this as a back up to my main fridge when I open the bottom door and close the freezer door opens an closes to me that’s not right overall I like it
