Nice refrigerator but lacks features.

I understand that products have different packages ie. base model to the top end ones. Technology has came leaps and bounds and for a refrigerator to not have an ice maker is something I believe should be included on all base models especially at this price point. The lighting inside the refrigerator is bright but not present in the top freezer section. LEDs are not expensive and that should have been included with this model as well. That said, I would have have given it a 5 star review.

Disappointed with GE

The refrigerator doors do not close by themselves. Doors do not seal tightly either. The refrigerator is also a little noisy at times. It seems smaller than it looks There is not a designated place for ice trays.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space and easy to clean

This is the second GE refrigerator that we’ve bought. I love the spaciousness so we can store our veggies and fruits over the course of our planting season.

Does the job!

So far so good! I had read other reviews stating that the refrigerator was loud. It does state that it needs a 24 hr breaking in period. It was a bit loud during that period, but quiet the next morning. Have it at the recommended setting and everything stays chilled as it should. The door swings open a bit far for my liking! I have to grab the door to prevent it from hitting the wall. Probably because of the lighter materials being used. My old one, which was a GE and 40 years old, was a bit heavier and the doors didn't open up so fast. We'll see how long this one lasts!

Bought this refrigerator freezer for our garage. Works great so far-- easy install and maintains a cool temperature. Interior parts are solid and I appreciate the lighting!
The only trouble we have had with this product is that sometimes the freezer door pops open when shutting the refrigerator door too hard (usually when the kids slam the refrigerator door shut). We solved the problem by purchasing a few strong magnets to put on the freezer door.

Very nice fridge with lots of room. Top freezer door pops open a bit when bottom door is closed, but it seems to close again on its own.

I'm absolutely 💯 Percent Happy with my GE! Refrigerator...I do not know why I strayed away from GE products, I learned the hard way. My last other very popular expensive brand Refrigerator went out after 2 months past 1 year warranty! This company repaired it 5 times I lost food every other week.finally deemed it un repairable. A total loss! I went and bought GE! So excited. I love my Refrigerator
