Great fridge

Love the space, the door shelves, and self defrost. Don't like that freezer door pops open sometimes when closing fridge door, it can tank my solar batteries during storms or night time. I wish paperwork mentioned something about plastic wrap around fridge, seller said peel it off but it is well tucked in around the handles so am not sure it is removable
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first one delivered had a problem with the freezer hinge. The door handles were mashed together. Second one no problems at all. Runs quieter than the first one too.

The specifications were unique and this product fit just fine! The addition of the ice maker put the icing on the cake! Would prefer freezer on bottom but nothing available so top freezer is adequate given my physical needs.

This refrigerator/freezer is streamlined, attractive, and serves all of our needs. Matches perfectly with our recent purchase of a GE range, as well as our 13cuft GE upright freezer (that we also used in our previous condo kitchen). We didn't want lots of "bells & whistles on our appliances - GE offers quality products at prices we can afford!

Purchased this GE Stainless Slate Steel refrigerator as an extra. Love the color and fingerprint proof finish. Lots of space for 17.5cuft. I didn’t need an ice maker so this model was perfect. Great for storing extras for a party or holidays. Would be perfect as a main fridge also if you want. The large door storage bins are handy.

Not too bad of a refrigerator

Not too bad for a midsize refrigerator. Simple works well and we use it for a one bedroom place. ( in our basement). The only problem we have is when it runs to keep it cool it is very loud! I know they have to run and expect some noise but this one runs too loud. But other then that it is great.
