Seems to hold temperature but very noisy

After almost a month now GTE18GTNDRWW finally seems to be 'normailizing'. First few weeks it was extremely noisy when compressor and fans ran. They would cycle on and off with great frequency throughout the day and nighy quite loudly. We were almost at a point where we were going to schedule GE warranty service look at it. If you're looking for a quiet refrigerator, this isn't it.

The new high efficiency compressor on modern refrigerators may run faster and longer than your previous refrigerator and generate more sound. You may hear a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound while it is operating which is normal. Not bad but nothing special

I would really like to see an extra shelf in the fridge. There is a decent amount of room but due to the limited number of shelves there isn’t as much storage space as there could be. I looked into buying an additional shelf but they are always out of stock.
