The cameras keeping dropping out, showing as offline, then online, then offline. Tried contacting Swann support weeks ago, haven't heard anything from them. The first correspondence I've had since purchase was this automated survey request. Wish I'd bought a different product now. Bought 3 of these at considerable cost. Not fit for purpose. IT professionals in the house ... they can't get these things working consistently!

Swann will continue to release new versions of the app and camera firmware to improve your experience. When a new camera firmware is available, the app will show an Update Available message on the main screen. Swann highly recommends that you update your camera firmware to take advantage of the latest improvements. Please follow the instructions in the User Manual for how to update your camera’s firmware.

Bought on Click Frenzy. They are the best. Just what I wanted. Easy to set up even when you're not Tech Savy. The amount I purchased them for was really worth it. Well under normal price.

Disappointing, no ability to make the cameras inactive so your family and visitors are being recorded 24x7! Who designs these systems?

Modes can be set when you are home or away to help reduce the number of triggers/recordings. The lights on the front of the camera reflect different modes of operation or camera states, check the User Manual from the link down the page for information on the various LED colors and their meaning.
