A great microwave oven hooray!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and chose this Frigidaire Built In Microwave oven with the drop down door and we are so happy we did. We love it because it is very easy to use and I love the sensor cooking feature because I don't have to stand by the micro and keep testing the food to see if it's done or warm enough. The convenience of the drop down is perfect for short more mature individuals because it is at eye level and not above the stove where you can't read the panel. It's just perfect and well worth it I highly recommend it.

Worst quality ever - stay far away

Microwave sparks, stops working even after 2nd magnetron repair. Unit is so bad 3rd party warranty company will no longer support it

Lovely BUT.....

I've been dreaming of my brand new kitchen for so long and now I honestly fear for the durability of my other Frigidaire appliances. I would not recommend this microwave at all. It seems Frigidaire does not stand behind their products, so sad.

Simply and Ease to use!

In todays world of a lot of high tech electronic features this one has them, but makes it simple and easy to use. Its supposed to be fingerprint resistance, but I think that parts needs some improvement. It still needs to be wiped down daily if fingers prints are an issue for you.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we did have a minor malfunction with the door initially, this microwave serves it's purpose well after being repaired. Cook times are generally shorter than other similarly or higher watt rated units. My largest complaint is the glare on the door makes it difficult to see inside while the microwave is operating but this is largely because it is installed directly across from a window.

Beautiful microwave

When we bought our home, it came with an old built-in microwave/oven combo. The microwave was broken so we replaced the whole thing. With some electrical modifications and cabinet cuts, this fit perfectly and updates the kitchen so much! I love the drop down door and size of the inside. My question is the top vent runs for a few seconds past when the microwave is done. Is this normal?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven in our new construction home and are overall pleased. It looks nice and does seem to cook well. I am wondering a bit about the fan that seems noisier than I'd expect, even when the convection is not running. We haven't had an electric oven before, so I'm wondering if it is normal sounds as it is warming up. I'm intending to keep a listening ear as it gets more use to see if it changes for the better or worse at all. Otherwise, we appreciate the features it offers and it seems to cook food thoroughly and fairly evenly. We like it!
