Stopped working after few weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd of 4 Frigidaire Gallery appliances we bought for our new kitchen and all have had issues in first few months. This microwave stopped working after a few weeks...and now we have been waiting 6+ weeks and still no parts. The matching wall oven recently broke as well,,,waiting on parts...and the ice maker on the refrigerator did not work for the first 2 months and the draw broke. Unbelievable the lack of quality in these products.

Looks great in cabinet

Only problem was when it accidentally got set on “demo” setting and microwave run 2 seconds and then say food was ready. LOL. Figured out how to change that setting and all has been great.

It's a microwave. Easy to operate.

My favorite is that if you want to microwave something for say 6 minutes (where X is between 1 and 9), you just hit the 6 button once, do nothing else, and in a few seconds the oven starts a 6 minute cycle. There are many other features which I'll probably never use...
