I paired it with the rear camera. Amazing clarity!! Just super clear, i can't say enough on that!! Highly recommended!!

There is no view screen so you need the app to view and also to be able to set it up. Downloaded the app but it would not connect, tried for about an hour and nothing so I called for tech support and even they could not get it to work. Also during this time it got so hot it was almost untouchable and I don't think that is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was easy to install and start recording right out of the box. There were some issue with the app but the video quality was excellent.

Great 4K video quality

Love the 4K video quality of this dash cam. Adjusts pretty well in bright sunlight or dark roads. Beware though, you need a decent computer to be able to play 4K files.
