[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a computer newbie, but not a techie. And I am soooo proud to have finished the installation myself. The installment cards in the packet were very sparse and the 3 necessary apps did not work well together. It was not obvious what to do next. I did alot of intuitive trial and error. Printing out the manual was huge. It kept telling me ti look for a message in my alexa app that I never did find. A newbie would have been lost.

I needed a small-sized printer for limited space and this not only fits the bill, it was quick set up and great performance. I generally print from my laptop and had NO issues. Although I was skeptical about the need for the HPsmart app, all is working well.

I love that it connects to an app on my phone as well as my computers, and the Instant Ink plan makes it much easier to budget for ink. The prints look great as well.
