Can't remotely print. Constantly loses internet.

I just received the printer today and was setting it up with the up smart app. The info on your website says it will print, scan, copy. It will not scan or copy. Very disappointed, will probably send it back and buy something else. Had an envy 110 which I liked, but it quit printing the black ink and that is the reason I bought the Tango.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
