[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this laptop for a year and it's so bad, video games lag when playing, it's only good for coding. And suddenly my flex cable is faulty, Unfortunately, I don't have a warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't waste your time, money or sanity

I was very excited when I bought this laptop because it had everything I was looking for in one. Turns out, it was extremely overpriced for very low quality. I have had SO many problems within the first year and a half. I've lost count of how many times I called Lenovo support. It's useless, because all they offered was a Factory Reset that never solved anything.
Here's some of the issues I had: In the first few months already, my screen would crash every time I took out the stylus (it took me a while to make the link). I realized I just had to close all the apps when taking out my stylus or putting it back in, but even that didn't work all the time. Sometimes, everything was fine and then my music would get distorted or everything would freeze and the laptop would crash. I had to redownload Windows 10 after the Windows 11 update locked me out of my laptop permanently. Eventually some of the keys stopped working, the hinge cracked out of nowhere. Right now, I'm sitting in front of it, stuck on the Boot Menu screen after the most recent stylus crash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
