build quality is questionable. I returned the 1st one due to a defected camera that should have caught at the factory. I returned the 2nd one (for refund this time) due to not waking up and overheating. I am resisting re-order again, as it is selling at at very good price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So bad new first. I bought the laptop about a month and a half ago, and when I received it, the single USB port was bent, and couldn't be used. I was a little made because I had spent over $1600 on it and expected it to be perfect. However, the process to get a replacement wasn't too bad. I chatted with a couple technicians, and they had a replacement on the way in under two days.
Receiving the new machine, I inspected everything closely to make sure nothing was amiss. Satisfied, I began the process of transferring files from my old machine (Yoga C730 15") to this new one. The Lenovo Migration Assitant made it super easy to move all my files over in under an hour. I just needed to redowload the apps.
The laptop itself is super great. The build quality is fantastic, the screen barely wobbles, unlike my last computer. It lasts so much longer than my old one (about 8 hours compared to a measly 4). The screen is super bright, and the HDR is just great for watching movies and shows on Disney+. The keyboard is nice to type on and super clicky, albeit a bit weird sounding. It's also great having a GPU for some light gaming. The speakers get super loud and are very clear, although lacking bass, which is kind of expected. The fingerprint reader and camera privacy shutter are very nice features to have. And I love the included pen, super convenient for annotating on Zoom and filling in forms and sheets on OneNote. My only complaint would be the slight crampedness of the keyboard. Don't get me wrong, its still super comfortable, but I would've preferred not having the Numpad so the keys would be centred and the backspace and tab keys would be longer.
