So far, so good

Excited to have our first commercial unit and love that the controls are simple. (We only do two types of laundry - towels and capes - so we don't need a computer to manage it.)

We called our local appliance center and they recommended the Whirlpool Super Capacity Dryer. It is a wonderful appliance. We do so many heavy loads daily and this dries each load quickly and quietly.

simple to use, great drying power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 5 for summer camp staff -- several dozen teenagers have access to these dryers. They overload them, never clean the lint, and generally abuse the dryers; but the dryers never break.

Commercial Dryer Non-Coin Op

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted an “old school” dryer without all the bells and whistles of modern electronics. So far we’ve been quite happy with the drying ability, large compacity, and simple dials with one button “start”. However, fabric softener sheets and small items such as socks and underwear get snagged around the door opening edges inside where the metal edge is exposed. The latch for the door would be better situated on the side of the door opening instead of the top. Often when loading the dryer, clothing items get hung up on the latch.
