Love this oven!

Bought this over a month ago to replace a double oven and separate microwave. The special features are great, used the meat probe for Thanksgiving turkey. I didn't have to keep checking the turkey, this oven did all the work after simply entering the 180 degree temperature requirement for poultry. The ability for the microwave to also be an oven didn't make me miss my double oven at all!!

The back of the oven cooks hotter than the rest of the oven. When baking cookies you need to rotate the cookie sheets so the cookies in the back don't burn. Even when you rotate the cookies sheets the cookies in the back cook much faster. I have not tried to use the convection feature yet.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had nothing but problems with this unit since I purchased it. I am working on my fourth service call in 1 1/2 years. I keep getting an error message display on the microwave screen and the oven screen. I can clear the microwave side and still use that but the oven will not work at all when the error message is displayed. In addition, the oven racks keep getting rusty where they are welded together. I am on my second set of racks and the same thing is happening to them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my oven. The two units are so flexible, and I love that they automatically do conversions for convection cooking. I had some trouble getting the regular oven to preheat to over 395, but I'll try it again.

Bought this wall oven a couple a weeks ago for my wife's birthday. Best thing I ever did. Replaced a Kenmore with this oven and Its like going from a Model T Ford to a caddy. My wife loves the convection microwave and convection oven, because she can cook everything to perfection, and I Love that!!

I had this oven in my previous house and was delighted to have it in my new home. The former one was wonderful and the new one is even better. It is east to operate and performs well in microwaving and basing. I have not had a chance to use the convection feature yet but confident it will work well too.

Cons: the end timer could be a little louder.

We bought this along with 3 other Kitchenaid appliances. This unit takes some getting used to. You will have to read the instructions very carefully to understand it's operation. We are still learning. It does take along time to heat up if you do not use the convection rapid pre-heat mode. Standard bake mode does not give you the option of rapid pre-heat.
