Broke within 3weeks of install

This is the second unit. The first one lasted 12 years and the microwave died. I bought this one because it fit the available space. Within the first three weeks the new microwave broke. When the timer stops, say after it is progammed for one minute, the microwave doesnt stop.

I haven't had oven long but I tried the crisp pan in the microwave today for bacon and wow. Perfect. Crispy evenly cooked bacon in 4 minutes and the taste is very good.This feature uses the broiler element in the microwave plus the microwaves to cook food. I used to wonder how restaurants could get that amazing crispness on the outside and moist inside on salmon. I can't wait t try fish on this pan. I may have found the answer. The only drawback, it is hard to reach the back of the microwave for cleaning the bacon spatters because of the drop down door. Also I had to turn off breaker for 1 minute then turn back on earlier today because the displays were not showing words only spaces. I called for help and was told to turn off breaker to reset the computer. It worked.

I rarely take the time to write product reviews but stopped in the middle of a baking project to walk over to the computer to write this one. This oven is very loud and it's loud the entire time it's being used, from the moment you preheat (which by the way this oven take a really long time to do) to the moment you turn it off, it's like an engine is revving in your kitchen. The oven LOOKS lovely and functions as an oven should, but the noise is really unpleasant background sound. I find myself feeling annoyed every time I use it, which is unfortunate for my family . . .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
