[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this unit 8 months ago and are pleased with its fit, finish and performance. The baking temperatures are spot on and it enables you to follow recipe temperature recommendations very accurately. It is loaded with features and the only problem is that the instructions provided aren't adequate enough to allow you to easily master all of the capabilities that the unit is capable of.
It is a little slow to heat up to cooking temperature, but once it reaches the set temp, baking is perfect. It is VERY slow to cool down when the unit turns off and the fan runs for quite awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't wait to replace my 24" gas wall oven of 22 years. I was a little leary of the electric but absolutely love the change. Also the features and good looks, I feel like a real pro when I use my kitchen aid wall oven. Almost gave up on wall ovens but can't believe not only how good looking it is but not having to bend over to look inside is also great. The light is so bright I love watching what I'm cooking. I was a little afraid of all the buttons & and programs, but in reality it's not difficult at all. I make myself try new things almost everyday especially the crisper & convect in the micro. Looking forward to the steamer feature as well as others to try out still. Love the 3 shelves especially that bottom one that stays stationary. I love the micro too very easy to use & love the big handle to open & close. So glad we got the combo it comes in handy & best use of space. No more counter micro. Would do it all over again if I could, and love the quality. What a difference between this one & my old one, should have made the change years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this convection combo so far in most every way - looks, size, features and importantly: final cooked outcome. Seems to cook better than our old unit a high end late '90's Whirlpool (non-convection). Only negatives so far are a) microwave takes considerably longer (% difference) vs. our old model (warming up coffee takes 45 seconds rather than 25, but after the extra time food items like frozen dinners are cooked slightly better so is probably worth it???); and b) oven takes forever to warm up - again almost double the amount of time to get to temperature (but seems to cook slightly better overall).

Cons: heating speed

Lots of Features, Not Easy to Use

1. Microwave does about a dozen things - but the only thing really well is well, microwaving stuff that will probably be slower than your old model.
2. All the "extra cooking" materials it comes with have no instructions, online videos - so get with your dealer to have them show you how.
3. Main oven works great - and then vents the heat out into your kitchen for 10-15 minutes after you are done cooking (I guess so you won't hang around the kitchen after cooking)
It looks great - cooks pretty well - but quite the premium for a lot of stuff that is neither intuitive or convenient.
