[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the self clean for the first time and it blew the a switch from the heat. Covered under warranty but they had to put in stronger fans. I can't even stand being in the kitchen when baking they are so loud & they continue to run after you shut it off until the oven gets down to a certain temp. The whole family breaths a big sigh of relief when they shut off. We can talk normal after that. Cooking isn't even either

Self Clean killed the oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I used self clean, it killed the oven. After three hours of working, panel went blank, fans stopped, and door stayed locked. Luckily it was still under one year manufacture's warranty. The technician advised me not to use self clean since it blows a thermal fuse and might burn one of the fans.
Preheating is rather slow, sometimes it gets stuck at 25-30 F below the preset value. Canceling and restarting the cycle fixes it.

Extremely Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this oven as part of a kitchen reno and expected a lot better for the price. The oven does cook evenly but the fan is extremely noisy. It starts off as a "windy" kind of noise and then a vibration type noise kicks in. Both noises continues while the oven is on and for a long time after the oven is turned off. Do not use this oven in an open plan room where you might want to entertain or watch TV.

My first convection oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite pleased with this new oven. I got stainless steel and am adjusting to the fingerprint issue. I love the built in meat thermometer - it is amazing and works so well. I find the preheat takes longer and the temp goes down quickly when the door is opened. This could be because the oven is so smart it tells me and I didn't know how much the temp fell when the door was opened on my old oven. Overall. I like this oven!

I like the look and size of this oven, however, it takes a very long time to preheat. The noise level of the fan after baking (when it's cooling down) is loud, annoying, and lasts a long time. I love the timer.

I love this oven. It heats quickly and evenly, holds my biggest pans, has a great interior finish that wipes clean. Even though it's self-cleaning, I've never had to clean it and it looks like I never use it.
