Love the 4 racks and the bottom rack that is on rails. Cooks beautify. The only knock is that it takes some time to reach temperature, not really used to waiting that long, but otherwise good solid product.

Definitely requires reading the instruction manual (& keeping it nearby).
Large size door makes reaching into unit a challenge, especially for someone with shorter arms. (might have to install at a lower than average level)

Bottom of unit sends exhaust air downward. Be careful of where cabinets or drawers are located under the oven, especially the knobs/drawer pulls. They could get hot.

We bought a new home and paid a lot to upgrade the appliances, including this oven. I couldn't be more disappointed with this oven. It cooks so unevenly that I avoid bringing baked goods to parties or events because I have been embarrassed too many times. My Thanksgiving rolls were burnt on the top and not even cooked in the middle. I had to throw away half of my daughter's birthday cupcakes because they were totally burnt even after cooking for less than the recommended time. I also have a lot of problems with the pre-heat. The temperature will actually start going down or it will get stuck on the same temperature for up to an hour until I turn it off. If I decide I want to change the temperature before I start baking from say 350 to 325 and if I do it without ever turning it off or opening the door then it instantly says that the temp is now 280 and takes another 15 minutes (at least) to say it is back to 325. This oven is a joke. I try to laugh so that I don't cry. I will never again buy another kitchenaid appliance.

I love the large capacity and the large window and variety of features, however, this oven takes FAR TOO LONG to preheat. It also takes forever to go from 350 to 375 (for example) when I'm baking cookies that require two different temperatures. Had I known about these issues, I probably would have made a different purchase decision.

Cons: difficulty moving from lower to higher temperature, long preheat time

The racks inside this product have turned a different color

I found that the inside racks have changed color in the oven after 1 month using it. It is load the fan is on continuously. I would like my racks changed immediately. I have a repair guy coming on Dec. 12, a few months after installation. And my kitchen isn't even finished being constructed it. I need immediate communication. Thank you
