This oven is a dream! It totally love it! Ease of use is wonderful. Can't say ANYTHING bad about it! Taking out a turkey is great. Perfect for the elderly too! You can pull the rack out where you can actually pick it up easily!
I didn't think I would use the convection part of it as much as I have. WRONG! The food comes out moist and lovely! My husband insisted we get that feature...so glad for once in my life I listened to him! His chest swells with pride every time I say "I love this oven!" Thank you Kitchenaide!
Oh and "NO" I am NOT a paid commercial! lol!

I have had temperature reading issues and they came out last week and repaired. The issue However, today after 4 hours it never reached the 350 temperature setting! I guess I'll be calling again tomorrow.
