One works, the other has intermitent issues

I bought 2 of these monitors for work. When they are working, they are amazing and definitely the best value in the industry for color-accurate monitors.
One of them has worked flawlesly since day one, it has been almost a year of ownership now. The 2nd monitor has flickering issues sometimes, seems to happen when a dark screen with a white contrast pops up. Sent it in for warranty and they couldnt duplicate, worked for a month or two and then it started happening again. Pretty dissapointed that it keeps having the same issue with no "issue" and no way to fix it.
