Why do the heads on the Finishing Facial Hair Remover, fail to rotate and work well once you replace batteries or clean the heads. I have two, and they both falter, snag, and don't work after the initial battery dies.

I bought this about a month ago and it stopped working already. I clean it after each use,and use good batteries in it. It stops working more than it works.

I have been using the Flawless remover for several years and love it. I even got one for my mom. I was dismayed to find out that you have discontinued replacement heads for the original one, which forced me to have to buy a new one when my old one was working just fine! I'll keep using it and recommending it, but this forced obsolescence is too bad.

I have been using this product for about 5 years!! I have been giving that product for gifts & just yesterday told 2 people about it & they are going to purchase one for themselves!!

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY!

I brought the replacement heads for this on October 16th. It came in today and I tried it on 5 different Flawless brand facial removers. The replacement heads are a scam and a joke. DO NOT BUY unless you plan on using the facial hair remover once a month or less. I want my money back.

This product has been just what I was looking for! I was looking into Salon services to help with my peach fuzz on my face, but this product did the trick and saved me so much $ and time! Highly recommend!
