[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! The purchase process was seamless, and the computer was delivered to my door right on time. Setup and activation was a piece if cake, and I am looking forward to putting this system through it’s paces with CAD and GIS work. I was in a time crunch so had to choose from a pre-designed system, but I wish I could have gotten this computer with more RAM. I can easily add more myself, though, if and when the time comes.

This is the best Windows laptop I have owned. I love the weight and the feeling of the chassis. material is very firm and the fan is very silent. keyboard is great too. Computer is quite faster.
If I would say improvement, here is the list:
1. power button needs to be firmer. it looks it is too cheaply made;
2. touch pad needs to be bigger. somehow, I don't feel touchpad is very sensitive. I am not quite used to use 2 buttons for single click and double click;
3. at the price, CPU needs to be more powerful. the original price was over 3,000. At that price, the CPU must be more powerful; (I always feel ThinkPad is overpriced)
4. For a working station, there should be more room to upgrade the storage. This one only has a single storage, sounds not like a working station.
5. Somehow I don't feel battery lasts very long. Not sure what other people say.
All over feeling? very good laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Laptop but specs could be better for the price. I bought this laptop because it had the physical hardware I was looking for, with the number pad and backlit keyboard. For the price I paid, I wish the processor was the latest generation with more power and the graphics could be better as well. Overall I'm happy with what I received and it has performed well so far and the sound is great. The security features are a nice touch also. The fingerprint reader is fast and responsive and the laptop boots up immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new laptop, it's just the right size an light. The touch pad is so much better than my previous Lenovo laptop. I love the fingerprint feature for very fast log on.
Downsides: I wish it had 3 USB ports instead of 2. When I did a zoom meeting, my video and sound/microphone quality could have been better (I sounded less clear than other people).
