[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who used a Yoga X1 3rd Gen for over two years, when it came to looking at a laptop for my startup engineering-based company, the 4th Gen X1 was a no brainer.
With a mix of power, reliability, excellent typing feel and the ability to convert the laptop for client presentations, it was the logical choice. It has the durability for the construction site and the small form factor to be portable with the power to get through all of my chores.
I think the Lenovo brand also gives my startup some creditability that I am not just using some discount end of life laptop I could find.
And, when I fold the screen flat to a table, and we all look around. I can use my fingers to zoom in and out on a drawing and the pen to mark up the drawing. My clients realize that they are dealing with a company that gets things done with a solid laptop to ensure that I get those things done.

I do like the fact that the screen is bright and the UHD display allows me to select a screen resolution that matches my current task. Keyboard - excellent - as you would expect from a ThinkPad. I do like the fact that the pen is stored within the laptop and always charged. Compared to my previous Yoga 720 - a significant step up in build quality.
