It is great laptop, however, it was mentioned in the specs that it has a touch screen but I found it is not touch screen. And that is the reason for the 3 stars
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great computer, battery last about 9hour while programming (and i got up to 13h while only watching movie) so really good battery, Charge super quickly , no fan noise while working and charging at the same time and doesn't become burning hot. Best keyboard i ever got on a laptop!
Also loved the product. Customer service and ordering is a task in it self. Received $100 voucher but was not able to apply. Called back Customer Service and only solution was to cancel the order and reorder. After I spent days looking at which product (laptops) to order she asked me to restart. Not a chance. I am sure

It is a very good laptop and works well but took a long time to get here and the delivery person didn’t sign off the package. They just left it
