It brand new and it is now crashing already. I am really disappointed with lenovo.
Don’t bother with these junk models that have nothing to offer.it is not as sturdy as the older models from 10 years and beyond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took me 2 days of being bounced around from department to department with each rep pointing their finger at the other to resolve an issue with an app that I purchased with this device. They even said it was Adobe's fault so I called them as well. At the end of the day, I finally found someone who got me the information needed. I would have paid extra somewhere else knowing what I know now. I have bought 3 laptops personally and my business uses Lenovo. I don't usually write reviews but this is to say that my future ties with your company are cut. Products are good but services are horrendous. Don't expect support with you run into issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new T490 for 2 weeks and it's perfect for my work. I used to have T480 but I gave it to my 11 year old for the online class. Both T480 and 490 work very fast. I am real estate appraiser and I depend on my laptop to complete my work. The laptop is light so I can bring it with me when out. I connected a 32in monitor at home. Everything's perfect.
