I though all lifeproof was waterproof.... it’s not. Way over paid for the case, when it’s not waterproof.

The case overall is nice, but i did notice a fee issue’s the case scratched really easily. And when i put my case on it didn’t fit my phone perfectly, it was kinda off or had a defect or something. And also a few days of having it, the rubber part is already peeling off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am using this on my iPhone 11pro max. I am having issues with it popping off. I’ve used this case on several other of my phones because it really protects the phone. It was a great case and really protected my phones. Not sure about this one. I will be contacting Lifeproof to see if this is a common problem. I’m sure Lifeproof will take care of me. They always do. Great customer service!!!!

If you're rocking a bare screen though, that'll likely mean a replacement is in order. In which case, as you already know, we'd be more than happy to help you out to a new case! Always use life proof never had cracked screen or any problems after dropping phone my kids had many broken screens so I brought my daughter an iphone 11 pro and I insisted that she use life proof the only thing is you cant let other people open up the head phone or charging g ports they to stupid they will rip the rubber just guard the phone learn the way the port flaps open up you will see the indentation how it opens other people just to stupid dont care
