I love LifeProof cases and have been using them for six years through different iPhone versions.
However, the iPhone 11 ProMax case has a defect.
The opening for the switch to turn on/off the ringer is a small circular opening.
When the case is on the phone, I cannot access the switch.
I’ll have to wait for customer service to re-open to return the case or figure out if I can make it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this case less than a month ago when i first saw put my phone in the case i saw there were stress marks but figured it was no big deal. I’ve dropped my phone once and it has a couple cracks in it already and the rubber part is peeling. I know phone cases aren’t indestructible but I guess I figured it would take a lot longer to crack considering price and the fact that it’s a life proof. My phone is alright so I have it a 3 star.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy with the upper left part that covers the silent to audible switch. Doesn't fit well in that area and it is hard to change between them as compared to the iPhone 10X Max.

I always use LifeProof cases on all my Apple devices and I’ve never had any damage. I can be clumsy and I’ve dropped my phone on the side walk, concrete floors, etc. and I’ve never cracked a screen or damaged anything. Yes the case is expensive but it saves me the headaches of repairing a damaged device.
This is the first time I didn’t get the black Next Case and went with the blue. I’m glad I did. Looks better in person.

I pre-ordered the LifeProof iPhone 11 Pro case as soon as it was available. So I am not sure if I got the untested version but my plastic case wrap-around band seems/feels off-set and if I put pressure on the case edges with my hand there is an audible "squeak". It has not pop-out, and I hope it doesn't, but it does not feel as the same quality of the iPhone XS MAXX case I bought last year.
Pros: Running, Camping, Road Cycling, Hiking
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
