I bought the Pop Symmetry case for my iPhone XS when they first came out. I loved it so much. The case wasn’t really a bother, it still easily accessed the wireless charging capabilities, the pop socket didn’t sit out too much. My only complaint about that one was that the design rubbed off really easily on the case. However, as a case, I still would have given it 4.75 stars out of 5, as I’m more concerned about protecting my phone. With this new one on the 11 Pro, the pop socket has been moved lower. I see the benefits of this, however with the way it sticks out a bit more than my old one, the phone no longer lays flat and tips tips down towards the top of the phone. Also, the wireless charging is much more difficult to achieve on this one. I find myself literally pushing down on my phone to try to make it connect. And eventually it does, but it’s no longer easy to just lay my phone on the charger at night. I had no issues with my previous one. I still overall like it. I use a pop socket more as a kickstand than anything else, so it definitely accomplishes the job there, however these small inconveniences are annoying enough that I thought I should bring it up.

So I’ve always used otterbox symmetry since having a iPhone 6+. They’ve been the best cases by far! I also have always had pop sockets on my phones. Mostly because when I’m driving I need it in a holder to see directions. This built in pop socket is terrible. It does not sit in the holder and my phone in 1 week has gone flying out of the holder probably a dozen times. Also the placement is too low. Finally the ability to wirelessly charge cannot work unless you take the pop socket off. I’m really disappointed in this design and purchase. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because I like the sleekness of the symmetry and know it’s going to protect my phone and the violet dusk really is beautiful in person. But the popsocket causes 3 issues. Doesn’t wirelessly charge, doesn’t sit in the popsocket holder on my dash and has too low of a placement making it uncomfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I owned the same case for my iPhone X. The placement of the pop socket on this case makes the balance point in a weird place. If you want to use the extended pop socket as a stand to set your phone on a table for landscape viewing, it often falls over.
The case works fine to hold phone In hand with pop socket grip, but not great for setting phone on table. The popsocket mount needs to be just a few millimeters towards the center of the case to be more effective. Because of this, I can’t use case and my wife is currently using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace my Commuter case that met it’s end on my iPhone 11 Pro. I immediately did not like it and went back to a Commuter case.
Big things I did not like:
1.) The edge of the case was not raised high enough to my liking to protect the screen. 2.) the pop socket would not hold the phone up to watch videos in landscape orientation. 3.) the phone with the case is too wide to use the pop socket one handed, and I have large hands. 3.) would not sit nice in my car mount that has sliders on the side to hold the phone. The case is too thick and the “arms” on the sides could not hold the phone.

I previously had the pop symmetry series case for my iPhone X and was in love with it and knew I needed one when I upgraded my phone. Upon receiving it i noticed that the pop socket is lower on the phone as where on the x case it was right in the middle and centered.
This causes issues with different things with my phone. When I set my phone up propped up and use it and tap on my screen my phone falls offer. Also using my phone with the multi-surface mount which i have mounted in my car cause my phone to spin down and be upside down since the socket is off center.
