I like the product, had one of those liquid protectors on my last phone and liked that a little better, but have no problem with the touch screen. This also feels more substantial for the purpose of protection.
I was skeptical about a glass cover on my new iPhone but wanted something to protect my screen. I am so glad I purchased it. It works like it’s not there allowing me full access to my phone with peace of mind that the screen has protection to keep it looking and working as good as the day I purchased it!
I am disappointed that the screen protector does not lie flat (enough) on the screen; the protector looks like it has water underneath it because it does not adhere to the screen's surface as it ought.

I was disappointed with my case, I’ve always purchased ‘Otterbox’ cases for my phones and tablets and have always been pleased. I was not impressed with the case I purchased for my iPhone 11 pro max. The pop socket broke off and I ended up buying a significantly cheaper case and found it to of much higher quality.

We're sorry to see that your PopSocket has already fallen off of your case! It looks like the locking mechanism of that PopTop is still attached to the case itself. The good news is, if you remove that, you can still attach another PopTop. Additionally, if you reach out to PopSockets, they should be able to get your current PopTop replaced for you. Received the wrong case in a smashed open box. Shopping only online during COVID really shows me who I should do business with. Otter Box is one company I won’t return to. Your please reach out email isn’t necessary. I sold the screen cover and case to a coworker and will be getting something else. Who wants to deal with returning items on their day off... not me.
