The case is great except for one minor detail. Most phones are now wireless chargeable, but this case does not allow you to do so

While that case is compatible with wireless charging, we suggest removing your PopTop for the best charging experience. Additionally, we suggest using chargers that allow you to charge your phone in the flat orientation.

This is my second Otterbox Defender and it's a great case. It's not small, it makes the already large iPhone11 Pro bigger and it is a tight squeeze in my pocket but it is the best at protecting the phone, front and back. The two layer design is great protection for the screen and the camera as it is elevated. Only thing missing is a clear how-to for disassembling the case and inserting the phone.

Oh well, I am using otterbox cases since I was using iPhone 4s. But I started ordering online when I am already using 6s Plus. All kind of their cases never failed. My phones are always been protected. Defender series is my favorite. The only series that I haven't tried is the Pursuit series.
