love the case and glass for the screen. fits perfect all controls and voice easily heard. one suggestion would be put a big red note in asking people to watch video on how to install. luckily I had a friend that told me to do that. you had nothing in the case to tell us that. you will break your phone trying to get it in the case if you don't watch video

I have had my case for about 10 days now and ever since I have had it, the pop top comes off without having to push it in. The pop top just comes off in my pockets and when I am using it. The main reason why I wanted this phone case was because of the pop socket. I’m afraid I will loss the pop top. I have used otter boxes since 2011, they have not failed me, but this product made me a little sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It falls over when you place the phone on its side on the socket to watch a video as if the - socket is not center on the back of the case - boo! I want a replacement if mine defective

This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. I have used Otter products in the past and they have exceeded my expectations every time.
One thing I would change or add is instructions for installation. I purchased one for me and my wife for our new phones and I went immediately to search YouTube for installation instructions while my wife was shaking the box for paper instructions.
She felt strongly instructions should be included regardless of the availability of a Youtube tutorial. Great product!

I bought this for my husband and had to look up the instructions on how to install the phone into the box. There was absolutely no instructions included. I have one for my phone, and tried the same method, and almost ruined the phone and the box trying to jam the phone into the inflexible otter box. I will never buy again if you don't respond back that you are including instructions for future models. Thank god for youtube or else you would be replacing a phone or another box.
