LOVE color and case, pop socket is slight issue

I've had another Otter Box case that had a pop socket built in, but this one has slight issues with the pop socket "popping" out. Might need to just get warn in a bit, but the other case never did this.

Pros: I like the streamline design of the case, and so far it has protected my phone well. I was concerned about screen protection, but I find that I can lay it flat on its face and the edge protects the screen from surface scratches. The "Pop" finger/holder feature is nice for maintaining grip when typing on the screen.
Cons: However, I am disappointed that it will not prop the phone at an angle in the portrait position (falls over), but it does work adequately in the landscape position (when precariously positioned). Additionally disappointed that it does not permit wireless charging when in this case (case too thick).
I would recommend this to a friend!

While using that OtterBox as a stand in landscape mode, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. We'll be sure to pass your feedback along about that stand while it's in portrait mode.
As for wireless charging, while that case is compatible, we do suggest removing the PopTop for the best charging experience. Additionally, you will see some variation in the performance of different chargers, so you may find a different charger works better for you.

I bought this case a few weeks ago and while the case itself is great, I’ve stopped using it because the pop socket fits differently than the ones you stick to your case. I by no means have large hands, yet I found it uncomfortably tight to have my fingers under.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
