A pretty great case!

The merge of the Pop Socket with the Otterbox is brilliant and long time coming. I love the sparkly purple color-that's why I ordered it. I love that I can change out my Pop Socket. It fits my phone perfectly. I haven't dropped my phone (thank goodness), so I am unsure if it's going to really protect it. I usually get the more durable, thicker, defensive case, but I wanted to try out the Pop Socket combo this time. Still slightly weary about the thinness of the case. I wanted to give it four stars because shipping took FOREVER, but that has nothing to do with the case's effectiveness. So, for now, the case gets five stars.

I really enjoy otterbox and I love that I can incorporate my popsocket into it! The only issue I have is that it doesn’t look as pictured. The popsocket is placed more lower on the case than in the middle where the product is advertising! Otherwise a great case!

The area between the case and the pop socket is extremely tight. The back case design has a bubble design causing a high back. It’s almost impossible to swap out the socket due to the limited space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry you're having a little bit of trouble with this Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! New cases require a period of consistent use to 'break things in.' After a few weeks, the PopTop should feel laxer but still sturdy.

In addition, if you push the PopTop in and turn it either clockwise or counterclockwise, it should come right off. If you're still having issues, give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we'll dive in with some troubleshooting that will get you back on track to seamless security!

I have my otter box + PopSocket case for about 2 weeks now, I LOVE IT. It’s beautiful! The design is stunning and the PopSocket thingy is placed so nice, HOWEVER, the PopSocket started falling off very often, at first I thought it was just me, since I know they are swappable and I might be twisting it accidentally. I have 2 PopSockets and they’re both falling off every now and then :/ it’s getting annoying and I’m afraid I’m gonna lose them.
