I already had an Otterbox and it was my 2nd one (1st was my iPhone 8). The Otterbox for my iPhone 11 Pro was great, it’s just it was blue and I still had visual problems finding my phone if it was laying on a black surface or in a bag w/black lining. This beautiful pink, yellow, green is perfect! And the pop button on the back, never knew I needed it. Love it!!

I have had several symmetry cases, I recently wanted to try out wireless charging, but pop sockets have always prevented that. This looked like it would fit the bill. There’s three things wrong with this case.
1) I have to remove the pop socket for wireless charging
2) The placement of the pop socket cold have been better
3) Since the case is sort of raised in the back my fingers barely fit under the pop socket.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first thing I do when getting a new phone is order an otterbox for it. I saw this case and thought it would be a good way to try out pop socket for the first time. I was very disappointed to learn that all of the cool features of the pop sockets are basically not available due to the design of this case. Because the pop socket is inset you can’t really get your fingers around it to use it as intended, you also can’t use it as a kickstand because of this… Your phone will just fall over. I would recommend just purchasing an otterbox and pop socket separately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. When using the PopTop as a stand we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone.

I had a regular pop with my old otter case which worked great. I got the otter + pop semetry and I think bc it's flushed it shortens the pop a little which I can tell immediately while holding. My fingers never hurt before using the original pop, but now my fingers hurt within a minute of using it. The reason why I got it was so that it would be flush, but it still sticks out some and now my finger hurts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Pop Symmetry case I had one of the first ones produced, and would still have it but I have a new phone. The case is tough, good looking, and the pop socket is recessed into the case so the case slides into your pocket with out catching the edge. Just as it was a year and a half ago (don’t go for the COVID is slowing us down excuse) the shipping is painfully SLOW if you opt for free shipping as an incentive.

I thought the otter box would really protect my phone. I got it to protect my IPhone if it was dropped. The one time I dropped it, it chipped the color off the case and chipped my glass cover I had just bought. I would not buy it again. Very disappointed.
