First, it took 10 days to get it and I called after 4 days and they canceled the phone! After I went out and purchased a different phone, my package arrived a few days later. Very disappointed with the whole situation!

Total Failure iphone 11

Bought a new iphone 11 on March 2, 2022. It took 4 phone calls and 2 days to activate on Total Wireless. This iphone failed after a week. I received replacement iphone 11 on March 27, 2023. After 3 day, 8 hours and many calls to Total Wireless, the replacement phone is still not activated. It took 3 phone calls to reactivate my old iphone 6S so that I had a working phone. How can activating a phone be so difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 13yr old needed a new phone. We decided on the 11, midnight green. Awesome color & the phone is perfect for him. He loves it doesn’t have a home button and he likes the size. He had the 8plus and I thought it was a little to big but this one is perfect for his hands. Overall… nice affordable phone

Phone has frozen up about every 2-3 days. I had to take it to an apple store to get it “fixed”2 days after I received it.Apple rep charged me $40 to fix it. the phone has frozen up at least 4 times since I received it.
