I bought two iPhone 11s and they both wouldn’t work ! They would not help me they kept telling me they can only be on the phone for a hour and hang the phone up on me I did this for about three days then they told me I try and buy a plan to see if that works and that I would get refunded if it doesn’t ! They would not refund me very rude and very bad experience. Still trying to send the phones back now I got new phones from somewhere else and got a new service !

This phone is very similar to the XR I had.Cons:It glitches/freezes at times and data don’t last long.Pros:It takes great pictures,the graphics are superb and the speakers are banging.The battery life is good but could be better.I was disappointed that black was the only color I could get it in.Overall it’s a decent phone but I can’t wait to upgrade it.

Would give it a 5 star if the phone came with a charger. So crazy how much phones cost and now they don’t even include a charger with them. Other than that, phone works great. Its going to take me some time to get used to an iPhone after having an android.

My new phone

Not sure how comfortable I feel with the face recognization. The phone definitely is faster in speed. But I do miss my old phone. I am an old person and I do not recommend someone going from a lesser version right up to this phone. I think you really have to be skilled with a cell phone. I do not notice any difference in the pictures between this phone and my iPhone 6

Great phone, box needs help

Got a great deal on a new phone. I love the purple color, you won’t be disappointed.
I was a little upset that the box appeared as though it had been tampered with. The perforated shipping label had been peeled back enough to read the contents and price paid. I would suggest not putting that info on the back of a label and inside the box.
