I was approved for the phone and was all excited I was able to get it for my son and about an hour later I get a message because of where I live I cannot get on the payment plan! Very upsetting! I been a customer for years and NEVER had a late payment! So today is Christmas and my son still has his old broken phone. Very sad!

Brand new iPhone11 has an USB-C to lighting cable BUT has NO charger brick included. Basically I got a new phone without a charger or earphones. Now, forced to have to go buy another charger separately and earphones. This is totally unacceptable and unbecoming of Apple. If I had known this before, I would not have bought the two brand new iPhone11 handsets, left a bad taste in my mouth.

very satisfied with my simple mobile iphone 11 yellow. it came very quickly and my simple mobile plan alongside my simple mobile sim card was all in the box when i opened it. thank you simple mobile for making my cell service “simple.”
