I receive the phone set up went good. After 4 days of having it, I am not able to text or receive text from androids. I have called tech support for a week in a half. Everyday all day. Was not able to get help. It’s still not working. I’m not happy, nothing but hell with this phone. I really want to opt out of simple mobile. When the rep state they will call me back they don’t. I either need a other phone or my money back.

Great phone, except it doesn't hold a charge any longer than my iPhone 7, and it gets hot.
