Extra large handset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless phone has a very good handset design. The handset is extra large and has large numbers and display. The caller announcements are very easy to hear. The base has an adjustable volume control. This particular model is also expandable. I received this complimentary phone from VTech for my honest review and I do recommend using it.

Great choice for elderly family members.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this phone for my mother. The buttons are large and the digital read out is easy for her to see. We will be adding photos to the quick dial buttons for her to reach her children easily. The volume is quite loud and easily adjustable. We are just now playing around with all of the features and teaching her to make adjustments when needed. We are also happy that we can add additional handsets. If I had one complaint, it would be the placement of the call block button. It's on the same toggle switch as the volume button. We have taught her to fix this issue by only using the volume button if adjustments are needed. Otherwise, it just stays on the loudest setting.

Easy setup and easy to use for everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this phone system. It has a large easy to read screen and buttons. The call blocker functions is great for those unwanted calls. It is very easy to set up right out of the box. The ringer is adjustable and the high setting is very loud which is perfect for older adults that are hard of hearing. It also has a built in answering machine for missed calls. Phone calls sound crystal clear and with the adjustable volume of the phone itself to be able to hear person on the other end. It even has an answering machine and push buttons are large for bigger hands or those with sight issues. I love that it has 4 pendants where you can put a speed dial and picture for quick easy one touch calls. I gave 4 stars only because I do not like the placement of the Block button. When you pick receiver up it’s very easy to accidentally press the block button which is a pain and you might not know it’s been activated. I do highly recommend this phone system for not just the senior and disabled community, but for anyone who wants an easy to use phone system with large display and excellent sound quality.

Good phone for people with mobility issues

The ability to add pictures to the buttons for calling will be great for ease of calling people instead of trying to dial a number. The clarity of hearing the other person on the line will make for better conversations without frustration.

Battery life

Works fantastic for people with sight problems or emergency calling. Has a good quality sound and loud ringer. The call are clear and the answering machine is great.

The phone's clear sound, large buttons, and easy-to-read display have made a significant difference in her overall communication experience.
