Had the phone for less than a day its been in my pocket of my hoodie alone and on a clean wooden surface of a table and the back already is scratched some how and I cant figure out how. The phone otherwise so far is excellent. No complaints about anything related to the device its self.
I've had this phone for a couple of weeks and here's what I got from it so far.
Pros: -- Great speaker for phone calls & music. -- Screen is big. -- Adequate amount of space on device. -- Camera is good & provides high-quality photos. -- Functionality of large apps, like games, is good. -- Battery life is pretty good. -- Search bar in settings is convenient.
Cons: -- Read text messages will randomly turn into unread messages. I have to manually mark them as 'read' and then restart my phone in order for it to work. I still have no idea why/how this happens. -- Notification badges don't always work. For example, the notification badges for Facebook consistently do not work, even if I have notifications within the app. -- Screen timeout is set to 5 minutes but the screen sometimes turns off within 1 minute. -- The Google assistant button is annoying & because of its placement, I hit it accidentally when I'm trying to turn down phone volume. I don't really understand why there is a button when the phone provides voice activation via "Hey Google". -- When you download an image from the web, it is difficult to find where that image is & even more difficult to move that image into your Gallery. Older models had a downloads folder you could put on your home screen but so far I haven't found an option to do that for this phone. -- There isn't a way to move apps from Internal Storage to SD Card storage. If you go into 'Storage' it shows how much space the app is using from internal storage but does not provide an option to switch the storage. This is very inconvenient. -- If you download an app then remove it via the home screen, it only disables the app. You have to go into Settings & App Info in order to officially uninstall it. -- Speaking of removing apps, there are several apps like GOT: Conquest that cannot be uninstalled from the device, so they take up unnecessary space. And, because apps exclusively use internal storage, this is pretty annoying.
I hated this phone so much when i first got it, because it doesnt compare to the Samsung Fold, or the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, and nothing compares to the Iphone 11 pro max! But after being forced to use it again and this time not using it with the dual screen! Its actually a really legit phone!
Just purchased three days ago. Nice but has issues connecting. My three year old samsung had better reception!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen shattered so easily even on carpet. Charging port took a crap and I have only had it a year. Phone screen has completely went black before but the phone was still working! Stay away from this phone. They are complete junk. This is my 4th one (due to having isnurance) with my deductible I have paid $800 just in deductibles for replacing this garbage phone also paid for the phone in full.
I love this phone with or without the duel screen. Was a samsung guy not anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Phone - Love it!!

Love this phone. LG always makes high quality phones. Love the dual screen - I'm really enjoying learning how it works - it is quite intuitive. I can do two things at once which is something we all need. LG is ahead of the game with this. I like that I can charge it on my any of my charging pads inside the dual case - really nice. When the dual screen is closed, you can see date, time and battery amount on the small front screen. The colors are brilliant and sharp on both screens. The dual case is sturdy and well constructed - not flimsy at all! I love having so much real estate. Very happy with it. Really glad that I have chosen this phone/dual case.
