Not so user friendly. When on a call with you holding it to your ear, a slight movement can result in the phone dialing other numbers from your contact, you really have to hold it tight against your ear, and the entire the side of your face, or use an ear piece in order not to let the screen wake up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's fine for the price. Depending on your previous phone, this could be an upgrade or a downgrade depending on how you slice it. I like the size of the phone, and I like the integrated stylus it comes with. However, it can be rather slow or laggy at times. Certain apps don't work so well, either. The absolute WORST thing that I'm upset about is the camera. I can't see how the camera specs they have listed are accurate, because the camera quality is not very good. Remember how I mentioned that it lags sometimes, too? So does the camera application itself. There are many small things about the phone that I enjoy, it's just a trade-off from having better hardware. Overall, I'm content with the phone. Not upset, but not necessarily happy with it either.
