Nice handles poor set screws (too short)

Handles are strong and great looking. Set screws for handles are too short.

Hole for set screw defective

Took delivery of the refrigerator. Overall very impressive. Went to open ftreezer and one side of the door handle came off! Retightened set screw which refutesed to tighten. Removed both set screws. Can see the side that refuses to hold has a hole that is machined incorrectly resulting in no pressure against the post. Fixed with electrical tape for now but not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
