Holes Strip
on November 2, 2021

I received my beautiful new refridgerator, but I can't put the handles on the french doors. The set screws stripped out so quickly on both vertical handles. This is definitely a design or material flaw. It stripped immediately or was already stripped when I received it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator with terrible handles

I’ve had the refrigerator for one week. The vertical left handle came off in no time. I’ve tried to tighten it but it either pulls away from the refrigerator, leaving a gap or doesn’t tighten enough and comes off again. Love everything else so far but these handles weren’t designed right. Looks like I’m not alone.

Handles are poo poo

These handles are no bueno! They come away from the doors easily, leaving a gap. I’ve tried tightening and ended up stripping the freezer handle. Ordered new handles but didn’t want a complete set so ordered a different set and they don’t fit. So still have a missing handle on the freezer. Our kitchen is stainless but might just go to that original gold color on everything and put on the original handles back on. Maybe the OG’s are better?
The fridge though is BEAUTIFUL.

Handles were installed yesterday and fell off immediately. They fell off immediately. The screws do not tighten all the way. One handles threads are already stripped. Horrible quality.

Terrible Handles - Don't Stay On
on August 6, 2024

These handles are terrible. Consistent with all of the other reviews on here, the handles on the two freezer drawers just do not stay on. I LOVE this fridge but am so disappointed with the handles. We've currently been living with packaging tape holding on our two bottom handles for months because creating a claim and getting someone to come all the way out to look at handles (how silly) is near impossible. The set screws just do not hold up and it's just a bad design. Really disappointed because this prevents me from completely loving our fridge!

We'd like to assist you with your refrigerator door handles. You can anticipate receiving an email from a member of our team to request more information. Please respond as soon as possible.

Beautiful fridge, but flawed handles

We bought this fridge for the look, design and features. It was not cheap, but apparently the handles are cheaply made as they fell of within the first month of installation!

We advise you view the installation instructions for this handle kit at the link below. If any additional assistance is needed, we'd be more than happy to help.
