I brought this since I did not like the smokeless grill, I was hoping to use it to sear foods after I sous vide, it just left grill marks but the rest of the beef looked gray. It did do the grill marks, but I was looking for more

I have used this grill almost daily since I got it. I love it. My only issue is I can’t seem to get the temperature probe to work. It’s prob from my end but other than that the grill does exactly what you claim it does from grilling, roasting, dehydrating and baking.
