I bought over one month ago. The only problem I see is that there is no preheat bypass for the grill feature. The other features have this option. If the unit turned off on the grill feature then you have to reheat the unit before continuing cooking the food that is already half cooked. Other than that I would have rated the Ninja Excellent.
