I bought this right before Christmas and finally got to use it. I think its a great tool for my kitchen especially since I regularly forget to take something out of the freezer. I have noticed that I have to pay close attention to the timing of my meals as I did over cook my first two dishes. Other than that I have been raving about it to my friends and am looking to do a lot more with it.

Some guy online said if didn't work because the heat comes from the top of the grill. I couldn't wait to try it, just for the simple fact that what he said was ridiculous! I made pancakes using it. They came out so fast that I couldn't believe it! The shape and consistency are different, and it's what I like the most. I'm looking forward to trying other things using it!

This is the best indoor grill ever designed by an appliance company. Almost everything that you were not happy about or wished they could have done better in an indoor grill are rectified and been fixed. Excellent, excellent machine!
