A Nerd's Best Friend—with some drawbacks

I'm coming from a Venu 3S to the Legacy Darth Vader because I wanted the Limited Edition Star Wars watch and that was my primary motivator to switch.
Pros:
- The MIP display is amazing in the day. The backlight makes everything look a little washed out, but I strongly prefer this to an OLED display.
- The leather strap is very comfortable, and the watch is relatively lightweight on the wrist so I often forget I'm wearing it.
- Its overall appearance, I would argue, makes it versatile because it gives off an impression of a nice regular watch versus looking particularly smartwatch-y.

- The MIP display shows some faces in very strange ways—typically gradients appear as cluttered dot matrices. This is a small issue, but limits the variety of faces you can use if you want perfect fidelity.
- The battery life is significantly shorter than the Venu 3S.

Overall, I am happy enough with the watch to rate it favorably. The drawbacks are minor frustrations, but not enough for me to seek out a replacement any time soon. Maybe if Garmin launches a second round of Star Wars watches I would be inclined to upgrade.
